X-COM:UFO Defense

While this is not the original, it is as close as we will ever get as Firaxis may not be able, or willing for that matter, to port X-COM:UFO Defense to the iOS.

Changes needed made:

Ability to demolish rooms from base
Ability to load research without scientists
